An INVESTIGATION was started into the City of Ellendale's City Council after a property was threatened by a council member with Harassments, and then FOLLOWED Through on that harrassment.

Fortunately, the community member was TRAINED how to do his own research and busted the councils chops for violating their own ordenances, policies, and procedures.
