Krishna Gopal Shrestha is a Nepali communist politician and a member of the House of Representatives of the federal parliament of Nepal. He had previously been elected to parliament in 1992 and 1994 but lost in the elections of 1999, 2008 and 2013. He was appointed Minister for Local Development in 2005.
