 Tamil cinema superstar Vijay's film 'Master' is releasing on January 13. Ahead of the release, fans rushed to cinema halls in Chennai and celebrated release of the movie. Tamil Nadu govt has allowed 50% occupancy in cinema halls in view of COVID-19 pandemic and rolled back decision of 100% occupancy.
