'Burning smell in cockpit': IndiGo's Surat-Kolkata flight makes emergency landing in Bhopal

An IndiGo Surat-Kolkata flight with over 170 people on board diverted to Bhopal on Sunday after the pilots reported a “burning smell in the cockpit”. The Airbus A320 neo (VT-ITH) operating as 6E-357 landed safely in Bhopal.
