The Boiling Crab to open next week in Kakaako

The Boiling Crab will open its first Hawaii location next week at Kamehameha Schools’ Salt at Our Kakaako restaurant and retail complex. The Mainland seafood restaurant chain, which had a previous opening date set for October, will officially open on Dec. 11. The eatery will be located in a 3,300-square-foot eatery, which will have seating for 245 people. It will be owned by Carlos Delgado, chief operating officer for the California-based chain.
