World Cup 2019: Jofra Archer in England's final 15-man squad
Tuesday, 21 May 2019 England have called up fast bowler Jofra Archer to their final 15-man squad for the World Cup, with the hosts making three changes to the preliminary squad they announced last month.
Liam Dawson came in from the cold to take his place in England's World Cup squad, with Joe Denly and David Willey missing the cut. Dawson, the Hampshire spinner, played the last of his three one-day internationals in October and was not involved in the recent 4-0 series win over Pakistan.
England are hoping to make it three wins in a row as they face 2011 winners Japan in their final group stage match. Forward Toni Duggan says previous rivalry will have no effect on the latest match-up.
