Bringing back Braverman 'sets dangerous precedent', say MPs
Friday, 2 December 2022 The prime minister's decision to reappoint Suella Braverman as home secretary "sets a dangerous precedent" for government standards, according to a group of MPs.
The United Kingdom is mulling a ban on the sale and possession of ‘Laughing Gas’…or as it is widely known…the ‘Happy Gas’. And in all likelihood the ban is slated to come in force soon. Britain’s Home Secretary, Suella Braverman, will most likely push the Bill for this proposal in the next few weeks or few months. Earlier this month, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak had also tried to address the issue in a speech about anti-social behaviour and the blight of discarded "nitrous oxide canisters in children's playgrounds". The government has made it clear that it will not tolerate the illegal and indiscriminate use of this recreational drug anymore. In this video, we decode what exactly is this laughing gas….and why the British authorities want to put a blanket ban on its unauthorized use. But before that, don’t forget to like, share and subscribe to Oneindia.
