UK Labour's Starmer to question PM in coronavirus strategy call
Wednesday, 29 April 2020 British opposition Labour leader Keir Starmer will question Prime Minister Boris Johnson over his strategy to tackle the coronavirus outbreak, including on testing and support for social care, in a phone call later on Wednesday.
In a public meeting via Zoom, Labour leader Keir Starmer called on the Government to be more transparent about their lockdown exit strategy. In the meeting with residents of Tees Valley he discusses how coming out of lockdown should be negotiated.
The newly elected leader of the Labour party on Tuesday sent his best wishes to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson who is in intensive care at a London hospital with Covid-19. Sir Keir Starmer said..
