Prime Minister Narendra Modi Thursday morning departed for Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan to attend two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit. He will also hold bilateral meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
