J&K: Celebrate Independence Day 'dabake', says top police officer Munir Khan

Munir Khan, the Additional Director General of Police in Jammu and Kashmir, said on Wednesday that restrictions have been lifted in Jammu and are being eased out elsewhere in the union territory. When asked what was his message for Kashmiris, he replied, "Celebrate 15th August, dabake (grandly)."
