Arvind Kejriwal said, "It will cost around Rs 100 crores. Subsequently, every week 500 wifi-hotspots will be added, and within 6 months these 11,000 hotspots will be set up. This step will help students and people in other sectors."

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday announced free WiFi across Delhi. Free access to WiFi has been a key manifesto promise of the Aam Aadmi Party. There will be 11,000 hotspots installed across the capital and Delhiites can avail of the facility from December 16th.
