Government using brute force to suppress dissent, says Sonia Gandhi

Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on Friday accused the BJP government at the Centre of using brute force to suppress dissent and showing utter disregard for people's voices. Citizenship amendment Act is discriminatory, and proposed nationwide NRC will particularly hurt the poor and the vulnerable, Sonia Gandhi said.
