Sixty former bureaucrats write open letter to PM Modi, ask for Central Vista project to be shelved

In an open letter to Prime Minister Modi, a group of 60 former civil servants have urged the government to stop the Central Vista redevelopment project, especially in light of the coronavirus pandemic when large scale resources are required to strengthen the country’s healthcare infrastructure.
