Madhya Pradesh Congress is eyeing the arrest of Uttar Pradesh gangster Vikas Dubey with suspicion. Soon after his arrest by the state police from Mahakal temple in Ujjain on Thursday, Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh claimed it was an “arranged surrender”.
