BRICS nations stress on improving environment, promoting circular economy to recover from Covid-19 effects
Friday, 31 July 2020 The environment ministers of BRICS countries participated in a meeting under the presidency of Russia on Thursday. BRICS nation said, the impact of Covid-19 poses a serious challenge to achieving the aspirations of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and called for improving the environment and promoting circular economy in national plans as steps towards recovery.

Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that India-Russia relation is in a good place. On his 2-day visit to Russia, Shringla said, "India-Russia relation is in a good place. We have a very good understanding on issues that are beyond bilateral -- regional and global. The friendship and cooperation that our two countries enjoy will see us going higher and further in years to come." Shringla said that BRICS completed 15 years of its existence and it's a very important landmark. The Foreign Secretary had a meeting with number of dignitaries including Russian academics and strategic thinkers on India-Russia relationship.
Rajasthan Health Minister Dr Raghu Sharma on March 08 informed that COVID-19 vaccination booths will be set up in Vidhan Sabha for MLAs and their families. The vaccination center at District Mahila Chikitsalaya is fully owned by female staff including doctors, nurses, compounders, security personnel and housekeeping staff.
