India dismisses 'half-truths, lies' on J&K in article by Pak envoy

After the Chinese government mouthpiece, Global Times refused to carry India's rebuttal of an article featuring comments on Kashmir by Pakistan ambassador to China Moin-ul-Haque, India on Thursday released a detailed report on how Haque had been allowed to repeat Pakistan's "half truths and lies".
