NIA arrests PDP youth wing president Waheed Parra

The National Investigation Agency arrested on Wednesday PDP youth wing president Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra in connection with the DSP Devender Singh and Hizbul Mujahideen commander Naveed Babu case. Parra was arrested after being questioned by the agency for two days at its New Delhi office, a top NIA official said.
