The BJP is trying to make inroads and Yogi Adityanath is likely to launch his campaign from the Golconda area of the Old City. Though corporation elections are usually a local affair, the BJP is pulling out all stops to win the polls by bringing in its star campaigners, including union Ministers Amit Shah, Smriti Irani and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
