Thursday, 26 November 2020 Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel was laid to rest at his native village Piraman in Gujarat's Bharuch district on Thursday. Patel's mortal remains reached Piraman from Vadodara and he was laid to rest at a Muslim cemetery in the presence of hundreds of locals and Congress leaders. The mortal remains reached airport Wednesday night and were kept at the Sardar Patel Hospital at Ankleshwar town of Bharuch district.

Patel breathed his last after multi-organ failure in the wee hours of Nov 25. He was undergoing treatment at a Gurugram hospital after testing positive for COVID-19. He was 71-year-old.
The mortal remains of senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel were brought to Sardar Patel Hospital in his hometown of Bharuch in Gujarat on November 25. His last rites will likely be performed on November 26 in his native place. The veteran Congress leader, a confidante of party's interim president Sonia Gandhi, passed away in the wee hours of November 25, his son Faisal Patel confirmed on Twitter. Ahmed Patel had tested positive for coronavirus around a month back, and was undergoing treatment at a Gurugram hospital. The seasoned leader died due to multi-organ failure. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Sonia Gandhi, almost every political leader condoled Ahmed Patel's death. PM Modi called him a person with "sharp mind" and someone who "strengthened" the Congress party. Whereas Sonia Gandhi said she has lost an "irreplaceable comrade" in Ahmed Patel.
Union Minister of Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi slammed Congress over Rahul Gandhi and Priyank Gandhi's massive protest over farm laws. It will bring new opportunities for job and self-employment. This rail line will also connect religious places situated on the banks of Yamuna River. Kevadiya is no longer a small block instead it is emerging as one of the tourist destination."

A crocodile was rescued by wildlife team in Gujarat's Vadodara. 10-feet long crocodile was rescued from an area of Virod Village in Vadodara. The crocodile had injured leg and it was later handed over to the forest department.

This device will help during landing and take-off of flights at the airport. This eagle bird plane is remote controlled and can cover the range of around 1 km with the help of remote. As per the requirement the range can be increased to 5 km or 10 km. It costs around Rs 17,000 as it contains battery and remote which are of very high quality. Eagle bird plane is handmade and equipped with original sound system. The weight of this plane is 800 grams.
BJP MLA Sangeet Som said that people who don't trust the scientists can leave the country. Som defended the provocative remarks he allegedly made against vaccine critics. "People who don't trust our scientists, govt, Army and police should leave the country. If they trust Pakistan, they should go there," he said. "Scientists of our country make medicines, they don't hurt anyone's sentiments. So people who have double-standards and trust Pakistan can go there," the BJP MLA added. On Tuesday, Som had reportedly said 'some Muslims' did not trust the country's scientists. Som had made the provocative remarks apparently over opposition to covid-19 vaccine.
