RJD's Tejashwi Yadav on January 16 targeted Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over IndiGo manager's murder in Patna. He also said the state is becoming the crime capital of India. He has been CM for 16 consecutive years and also has Home Department in his portfolio. Who is he making an appeal to? Opposition?"
