With more than 30 lakh Covid-19 vaccine jabs administered in a day, India on Wednesday became the fastest country in the world to vaccinate against the coronavirus. With an average rate of 30,93,861 vaccine doses administered in a day India has surpassed the US in daily vaccination numbers.
