West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has termed as “genocide” the incident in which four people died in firing by central forces at a polling booth in Sitalkuchi in the Cooch Behar district on Saturday and called Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah “incompetent”. All four were from the minority community.
