India needs a resurgent Congress: Kapil Sibal

Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Sunday said that while India needs a 'resurgent' Congress to fill the 'political void' in the opposition ranks, the Congress too needs to show the people that it is 'active'. "Congress needs early organisational polls, widespread reforms at central, state levels to show it is no longer in a state of inertia," said the senior Congres leader.
