Andhra Pradesh withdraws plea against HC stay on Amaravati land scam FIR
The Andhra Pradesh government on Thursday claimed to have become wiser and withdrew from the Supreme Court its eight monthold petition challenging a HC decision staying investigations into an FIR and stopping police from taking coercive action in a case relating to an alleged land scam in Amaravati.
