President Ram Nath Kovind to participate in centenary celebration of Bihar Vidhan Sabha building

It would be Kovind's second visit to Bihar’s capital after taking oath as 14th President of India on July 25. 2017. Kovind had earlier reached Patna on November 9, 2017 to launch the third phase of the Bihar agriculture roadmap (2017-22) to give further fillip to the integrated growth of farm sector in the state. Then, the main function was held at the Samrat Ashoka Convention Kendra.
