Kerala: Minister unfurls national flag upside down during Republic Day celebration in Kasaragod

Minister of Ports and Archaeology, Ahammad Devarkovil, who is the minister in charge for the district, unfurled the national flag at the municipal stadium at Vidyanagar. The mistake was not noticed by the minister or by the police and revenue officials present at the venue who also saluted the flag which faced upside down.
