India reports 2,529 new Covid cases, 12 deaths in 24 hours; active caseload dips to 32k
Thursday, 6 October 2022 India has recorded 2,529 new cases of Covid, government data updated on Thursday showed. The active caseload has further declined to 32,282. India also reported 12 more fatalities, which includes eight deaths reconciled by Kerala. The national Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 98.74 per cent
According to the Union Health ministry's data, India added 2,797 Covid cases and 24 Covid-related deaths in the last 24 hours.
