Delhi HC bars 'unauthorised' use of Big B's name, voice & image
Friday, 25 November 2022 Amitabh Bachchan's voice, image, name or personality attributes can't be used without his permission, the Delhi HC said in an interim order on Friday, on a suit filed by the veteran actor.
Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan has filed a suit in the Delhi high court against the world at large, seeking protection of his name, image, voice, and personality attributes. Renowned lawyer Harish Salve appeared for the Bollywood megastar.
