Interestingly, it was Biden's conversation with Modi later that has raised expectations for the Prime Minister's upcoming visit to the US.During the meeting of the Quad leaders, Biden told Modi that the India PM"s popularity is "causing him a big problem" since he has been getting a deluge of requests from prominent citizens to attend their dinner.
