Inauguration of new Parliament building greatest tribute to Savarkar: CM Shinde

Shinde`s remarks come amid several opposition parties boycotting the inauguration insisting that President Droupadi Murmu as head of the state should do the honours. It was also opposed citing that the new Parliament building was inaugurated on the birth anniversary of VD Savarkar, a controversial figure in Indian politics
