Telangana polls: 2,898 nominations found valid, 606 reiected after scrutiny

A total of 2,898 nominations for the upcoming assembly elections in Telangana have been deemed valid, while 606 nominations have been rejected during the scrutiny process. The last day for submitting nominations was November 10, and the withdrawal of candidatures can be done until November 15. The Gajwel Assembly constituency saw the highest number of candidates filing nominations, with 13 of them being rejected. The elections will take place on November 30.
