DA case: SC to examine Lokayukta police plea

The Supreme Court on Monday decided to examine a plea by the Lokayukta police challenging a High Court order that had quashed its investigation and charge sheet filed against a retired motor vehicle inspector for acquiring assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
