Celebrating a new generation of filmmakers and inspiring Central Asian cinema with an exchange of fresh ideas and opportunities - the capital of Uzbekistan welcomes guests from around the world to the first Tashkent International Film Festival since 1997.
The 5th El Gouna Film Festival in Egypt showcased the best of Arab cinema whilst attracting international submissions and talent from across the globe.
