They needed a user-friendly solution that provided tracking and reporting for hours and leave accruals in a central location and would integrate with Blue Marble global payroll.

“We can now accurately track employee hours and time off. We have a reporting system and can keep records,” says Andrea Billadeau, Pipeline Foods’ Payroll and Human Capital Specialist. She added that the support they have received has been exceptional and questions were answered promptly by their personal support representative. She notes, “NOVAtime is very user-friendly and has an easy reporting system. If a question or issue does arise, the support staff is very knowledgeable.”

NOVAtime’s web services now serve all thirteen employees and three supervisors for Pipeline Foods’ three Canadian locations.
