Cyclone Bulbul: Toll rises to 14 in Bengal

West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday conducted an aerial survey of the cyclone Bulbul-ravaged areas of South 24 Parganas district and announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh for the families of each of those killed in the storm. Banerjee also distributed relief materials to people affected by the cyclone that left a trail of destruction in the state.
