Macron: Putin revived ‘brain-dead’ Nato with invasion

IndiaTimes Thursday, 1 June 2023
Emmanuel Macron said Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has reawakened the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), almost four years after calling the military alliance “brain dead”. While advocating for the alliance to provide Ukraine with security guarantees, he warned that the next American administration might not be as invested in Europe, in reference to Donald Trump’s possible return to power. The Nato ministers' two-day meeting ends today.
