In US, President Barack Obama, has presented the nation's highest civilian honor, Presidential Medal of Freedom, for the last time as President to 21 individuals. In a function at White House yesterday, Obama presented the Award to personalities including philanthropists Bill and Melinda Gates, famous athletes, artists, activists, scientists and others.
