K'taka polls: BJP holds CEC meeting

New Delhi, Apr 15 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Central Election Committee meeting held on Sunday in the national capital.

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president Amit Shah, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister ShivrajSingh Chouhan, Minister of Railways and Coal Piyush Goyal and other ministers.

During the meeting the dignitaries have discussed many issues but the main priority was Karnataka assembly elections.

Karnataka will go to polls on May 12 to elect its representatives for the 225-member assembly.

The results will be out on May 15.
