EU leaders seal Brexit deal in Brussels

ROUGH CUT.

NO REPORTER NARRATION.

EU leaders gathered in Brussels on Sunday (November 25) to approve a hard-fought Brexit deal.

It took the 27 leaders just half an hour to rubber-stamp a 600-page treaty, setting out the terms for Britain's departure from the European Union - which is set to take place on March 29 - and a 26-page declaration outlining a future free trade relationship.

British Prime Minister Theresa May joined them shortly afterwards for a brief meeting to finalize and formalize the accord.
