To open the 2019 Grammy Awards Alicia Keys brought out a cast of iconic women.

Some of those women were Lady Gaga, Jada Pinkett Smith and Jennifer Lopez.

According to the Huffington Post, former first lady Michelle Obama also made an appearance.

All the women shared what music has done for them and Obama barely said a word and the crowd erupted in applause.

She said: โ€œIt allows us to hear one another.
