London students join international strike for action on climate change

Thousands of students and young people in London are demanding politicians take action on climate change by marching outside Parliament today (March 15).

The UK joins Iceland, Germany, and Ukraine in one of the many countries striking today (March 15) with #YouthStrike4Climate and #FridaysForFuture to press politicians for action on climate change.

The students can be heard chanting: "Fight for what's right" and "Where did our future go?" Other chants got political with calls such as: "Theresa May has got to go!"
