Can Buttigieg Bounce Back?

Pete Buttigieg is playing catch-up in the all-important first caucus state of Iowa.

Politico reports that the results of the Iowa Caucuses will shape the rest of the 2020 primary race.

Buttigieg says his strategy was partly borne out of modern necessity.
