'The light's no good, I always look orange': Trump

President Trump took a shot at environmentally friendly light bulbs during a speech on Thursday, blaming them for making him look orange onstage.

Rough Cut (no reporter narration).

President Trump made the comments during a speech in Baltimore, Maryland at an annual Republican retreat competing for air time with the Democratic presidential debate in Houston.

During his speech, he also ripped his Democratic challengers, including Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden.

He also touted his recent repeal of Obama-era protections for waterways.

Environmental groups said the Obama rule was necessary to protect drinking water sources at risk from agri-business and industry.
