This is the moment Love Island's dancer Curtis Pritchard swapped his dancing shoes for boxing gloves - and FLOORED his opponent in the ring.

He was a nice lad."It wasn't advertised that he was going to be there, but I knew one of the other lads who was boxing in another match so I knew he was going to be in the ring."I was up at the front and saw him deliver a nice knockdown in his first round."His performance was good for a first timer so he did better than I thought he would."It's a good show that he was on so the crowd was good and cheering him on."Curtis' new passion for boxing is for his new ITV2 TV show 'The Boxer & the Ballroom Dancer'.It's a spin off after his stint in Love Island in summer 2019, when he finished in fourth place with his girlfriend Maura Higgins. The three episode series will show Curtis swapping places with his Love Island co-star and professional boxer Tommy Fury who finished in second place.Curtis is taking up Tommy's sport of boxing and his pal is learning to dance. The first episode of 'The Boxer and The Ballroom Dancer' aired on December 16 and the finale is expected to show footage of this fight. He revealed earlier this year he'd joined Weight Watchers after gaining two stone in the Love Island villa.
