Tylenol Might Get A "Cancer" Label In California?

Acetaminophen is one of the most common drug ingredients in the US.

It is found in over the counter painkillers like Tylenol, Midol, and Excedrin.

Business Insider is now reporting that it might get a cancer warning in California.

California has the most cancer labels of any US state because of Proposition 65.

Prop 65 is a law that requires anything with even a loose link to cancer to be labeled by the state.

A panel of scientists will decide in spring 2020 whether or not the substance will be considered a carcinogen by the state.
