Parliament in South Africa prepares for State of the Nation Address
Authorities and the military in Cape Town are preparing for the State of the Nation address tomorrow (February 13).
Airforce jets and military parades have been rehearsing for the last two days as traffic was brought to a standstill in areas.
Residents of Cape Town were also left startled by a squad of airforce jets rehearsing their flypast.
The footage was captured on February 12.
