(SOUNDBITE) (English) CHELSEA MANAGER, FRANK LAMPARD, ON HOW HE INTENDS TO BALANCE HIS TEAM, SAYING: "That's a big part of my job because we've got players with Champions League experience in this group, we've also got some younger players who are in the early stages of their careers, especially when it comes to the Champions League.

But they have to understand, and I keep talking about levels going up and what the mindset levels are.

A big part of my job tomorrow is to explain to the players that over two legs we need to be at our maximum.

So, going into the game we must make sure that every detail and every box is ticked in both games.

So, we have to make sure that we can't get caught up in game moments, because there will be times in the game where we will probably suffer, because Bayern Munich are an incredible side with the ball.

They've got some really talented players who keep the ball, use the ball well.

If we have to suffer, we have to suffer, so that's our job over the next two games at least." 2.

(SOUNDBITE) (German) BAYERN MUNICH MANAGER, HANSI FLICK, SAYING: "There is no specific result I wish for.

The game has to be played with full concentration and full commitment.

The team knows what to expect and we want to play with confidence and attack.

We're now at the stage of the last 16 and I've settled in and the team is in a good shape, and I think we can succeed." STORY: Chelsea prepare to face an on-form Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday (February 25) in the first leg of the last 16 round in what is a repeat of the 2012 Champions League final which the English side won on penalties.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard told a news conference the team were capable of playing at a high level, but needed to make sure they were fully concentrated over the two legs and not let any strong Bayern moments linger in their minds.

Bayern coach Hansi Flick, who turned 55 on Monday (February 24), said Chelsea were a special mix of youth and experience, as he praised his counterpart Lampard for his mentality with the side.

Flick said Chelsea had weaknesses that Bayern could exploit, especially at the back should they play with 'confidence and attack'.
