President Trump said the first U.S. death due to the coronavirus was a 55-year-old woman who was a medically high-risk patient and warned additional cases are 'likely."
In a hastily announced press conference at the White House, Trump said the U.S. is prepared for any circumstance and hoped a virus outbreak would not be a major one in the United States.
Trump said he will be meeting with leaders from the drug industry on Monday to discuss efforts towards finding a vaccine.
