Yelp has also announced it will ban reviews that say people contracted COVID-19 at restaurants.

New banner alerts will let businesses tell customers when their hours change or if they close.

Upcoming functions extend to letting Yelp users know when takeout or delivery is available.

Virtual services from eateries, such as online consultations, will soon be available as well.

According to Yelp, these features are expected to premiere shortly.
