Even social distancing couldn’t completely stop one grandpa from meeting his new grandson.

Twitter user emmabethgall posted a photo of the moment her dad met his grandson, her brother’s child, for the first time.

“Three generations of social distancing as my dad meets his grandson for the first time,” she captioned the photo.

In the comments, people are also expressing their sympathy and love for Emma’s dad.

In a follow-up tweet, Emma said that her dad is “doing well,” though he’s “completely oblivious to his new fame” .

More than anything, she says, he is “looking forward to holding the baby soon”
